Matthew M. Van Nuland
Matthew M. Van Nuland represents firm clients in a variety of real estate and business matters, including commercial and residential real estate transactions and development, environmental contamination and remediation, residential and commercial leases, the formation of business entities, operating and buy/sell agreements, non-compete and confidentiality agreements, mergers and acquisitions, banking and commercial transactions, contracts and general business and corporate matters.
A native of Appleton, Wisconsin, Matt received his bachelor’s degree in Finance, with honors, from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse in 2007 and his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in 2010. Matt began his practice in Minneapolis, Minnesota before returning to his home state to be closer to family. Prior to joining Hager, Dewick & Zuengler, S.C., Matt practiced in Appleton. Matt is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of Wisconsin.
Matt’s professional affiliations include the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Brown County Bar Association, the Honorable Robert J. Paris Inns of Court and the Greater Green Bay Chamber Leadership Green Bay class of 2017. He supports many community and not-for-profit organizations, including the Greater Green Bay Chamber Leadership Green Bay program, the Phoenix Recruit Program for Young Professionals and serving as an advisor to the Board of Directors of The Community Benefit Tree, Inc., which provides financial assistance to Wisconsin individuals and families experiencing a medical crisis.
Matt and his wife, Teresa, currently reside in De Pere.
