Meet Emily

Emily is a Shareholder with Hager, Dewick & Zuengler, S.C.  She practices in the areas of estate planning, business succession planning, and elder law and special needs planning, and represents Trustees, Personal Representatives, and beneficiaries in connection with trust and estate administrations.

Emily obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan (2013) with a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics.  She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School (2016), where she served as a managing editor of the Wisconsin Law Review, a class representative for the Student Bar Association, and an intern for the Honorable Shirley S. Abrahamson, Wisconsin Supreme Court.

Emily currently serves on the board of directors of the Brown County Bar Association, Junior Achievement of Northeast Wisconsin, and Golden House.  Her professional affiliations include membership in the Estate Planning Council of Northeast Wisconsin and the Green Bay Estate Planning Forum.  She has been recognized as a Super Lawyers® Wisconsin Rising Star every year since 2022.

Emily is a native of northern lower Michigan and practiced in the Green Bay area before joining Hager, Dewick & Zuengler, S.C. in 2021.  She and her husband, Caleb, live in Ledgeview with their dog Ellie. You may contact Emily by email at [email protected].
