Meet Ryan
Ryan D. Krumrie represents his clients in a wide range of business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, buying and selling of businesses, formations of business entities, business start-ups, and general business and corporate matters, banking and commercial transactions, contracts, buy/sell, operating and shareholder’s agreements, construction law, contractor and subcontractor issues, franchises, residential and commercial real estate, development agreements, residential and commercial leases and lease disputes, general real estate disputes, condemnation, eminent domain, municipal law, easements, boundary disputes, creditor’s rights in bankruptcy and receivership.
Ryan received his Bachelor’s of Science degree from Winona State University in 2004, magna cum laude, and his law degree from Hamline University School of Law in 2007. Ryan began his practice in Minneapolis, Minnesota before returning to his home state of Wisconsin. Ryan is currently admitted to practice before the courts for the State of Wisconsin, the State of Minnesota, and the United States District Court for the State of Minnesota, Eastern District of Wisconsin, and Western District of Wisconsin.
Ryan is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Brown County Bar Association, and Minnesota State Bar Association. Ryan currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Greater Green Bay Chamber (Chairman-2025-2026; Director-2015-2025) and serves on the Board of Directors for the National Railroad Museum (2021-2025), and On Broadway, Inc. (2022-2025). Ryan has been named to the Wisconsin Super Lawyers list for years 2023-2024 and Wisconsin Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers magazine for years 2017-2022. Ryan is also a graduate of the Greater Green Bay Chamber Leadership Green Bay Program, a 2012 Future 15 Young Professional Award recipient and named a 2015 Up and Coming Lawyer by the Wisconsin Law Journal.
Ryan and his wife, Ericka, currently reside in Green Bay, along with three children.
